To ensure the complex requirements for secondary packaging, we work according to GMP guidelines and carry out quality management in accordance with DIN ISO 9001:2015. Here, all product requirements are defined and completely controlled from the beginning of production.

The check of all process steps is continuously documented by in-process controls and, together with the batch documentation, ensures traceability until the start of production.

Electronic comparison of the printed sheets with the original customer data. All folding machines are equipped with camera systems for reading both sides of the printed sheets.

The production of booklets/mini brochures is 100% controlled by sensors and cameras.

The same high standards apply to the production of self-adhesive labels. Again, inspections are carried out by inspection systems.
